GOLF IN THE SUN SOCIETY

Golf in the Sun Society (G.I.T.S) is a golf society for guys who either live on the Costa Del Sol, or who regularly holiday here, and look for green fee discounts and competition golf.

The G.I.T.S Society was originally formed five years ago by a group of friends who decided they wanted to play their golf at different courses on the coast but were not prepared to pay the very expensive green fees that were being charged.  By joining forces they found they had better bargaining power with the 100 odd courses in Andalusia.

The society became very popular and now boasts a membership of over 380 golfers and counting....

The attraction of reduced green fees, coupled with a minimum of 10 competitions at 10 different courses for men throughout the year, has proved a popular concept. 

Unlike other society's, there is no joining fee to become a member of the G.I.T.S Society.  All we need is your name, e mail and handicap.  Members will then be kept updated of the society´s activities via our web site and e mail.

Membership Discount Cards available with up to 50% discount on affiliate Golf Courses

The G.I.T.S Society has credit card style Discount Cards available at 20.00 Euros to members, with partner cards also available at 10.00 Euros.  Discounts are applicable when showing the cards at any of our sponsors' outlets and over 40 golf courses.

The G.I.T.S Society offers the opportunity for men of playing in competition golf at least 10 times per year at the top courses on the Costa Del Sol with buggy and over 400 EUROS OF PRIZES included in green fees on each Golf Day.

Competitive golf for men at reduced rates, why not join ? 

The G.I.T.S Society runs an ongoing league throughout the year with the winner (G.I.T.S. Player of the Year) being the best four cumulative scores from all rounds played.  Our Annual winner this year will win the "Mystery Prize" in our "MYSTERY BEST 4 FROM 10 LEAGUE"  with the only requirement being that the winner and his partner must be in possession of a valid 2012 passport to take advantage of the prize !
